I didn't get a job/internship I was expecting and I need money for tuition, so I am putting my Subaru up for sale.

The car is absolutely immaculate. I purchased it last summer from the original owner, an older man down in the twin cities. He absolutely babied it and so have I. The car has 42k miles on it, the vast majority of which are highway miles. I have used the car as a commuter between Grand Forks, ND and Duluth while I've been up at school. The car has never been raced, and has only seen redline a handful of times since I have owned it. It has recieved either Mobil 1 full synthetic or Conoco's full synthetic motor oil every 2,500 miles. The car recently had a transmission flush and it shifts perfectly, no grinds. The car has been modded very tastefully and each modification has been installed by either the Subaru dealership, or other shops in the twin citiesb. I have a huge book of receipts for all installs and parts in the car totalling somewhere around $17,000. The car has a clean carfax and has never been involved in an accident. There are zero mechanical problems with the car at this time and runs perfectly. It does have one or two small door dings and a few small scratches, but overall it is in excellent shape.

The only problem with the car right now is that some punk decided to steal the passenger side side skirt off of the car. A new OEM painted sideskirt will cost you $230 from SubaruGenuineParts.com. I may fix this before it sells, but the price will be effected accordingly.

The mod list is as follows:

VF34 ball bearing turbo, ported/polished, ceramic coated
MRT stainless steel turbo back exhaust
MRT Top mount intercooler
GPMoto equal length headers, coated, integrated uppipe
STI pink injectors
Walbro high flow fuel pump
Perrin fuel rails
APS TGV deletes
TXS Hybrid bypass valve
TXS intake with K&N filter
Cobb tuning reflash
Crucial Racing thermostat
STI hardened engine mounts
STI hardened suspension bushings
STI hardened top hat strut mounts
STI sway bars
STI forged aluminum A-arms
STI pink lateral links & trailing arms with pillow ball bushings
Zerosports V-Earthling grounding kit
Whiteline anti-lift kit
Whiteline G4 coilovers with adjustable height/damping
Braided stainless steel brake lines
Motul racing brake fluid
Subaru 4 piston front brake kit
DBA slotted rotors, cryotreated
Carbotech pads
SPT short shift kit
Zensho 17" wheels
Toyo m+s tires
Scotty's cocktail transmission fluid
Rally armor mudflaps
Hella Supertones

I would be looking to get $13,900. I maybe would take a trade for a swapped (not ca18) 240sx in good shape with cash on top.

Damn that is a nice coupe. It is a shame as I would accept that trade as long as 8.8k was thrown on top haha.

being 2002, and with mods i'd be worried about transmission failure, because the 2002 and 2003 had a tranny problem, when hp numbers went up.

Previous owner had it protuned before the Cobb reflash, the car made 290 awhp on a Mustang dyno that reads pretty low.

The car shifts fine with no problems. I have never raced the car, nor has the previous owner. I am confident the car's tranny would last 100k+ miles with a competant driver who knows how to drive an AWD car who doesn't rev it to 7k rpms and side step the clutch. Even with abuse I'm sure it would hold up to the power as long as the clutch is slipped, not dumped on launches.

My asking price - yours = $6,300, but I don't want something w/o power steering. Hook that up and I'd be interested.
