Help, rough idle and throttle does nothing

Finally figured out my fuel pump problem and the car will start now. If the maf is plugged in it will idle low and rough and will die shortly but pushing the throttle does nothing. If i unplug the maf sensor rpms will slowly climb and level off around 2000 rpms and i will still have no throttle response. the throttle does nothing when you give it gas. I check the tps sensor and its reading voltage fine and i checked the led on the ecu and it goes out when the car starts like it should. i checked my maf plug and i'm getting 12v, 5v and a ground so its got power and is fine. I checked all my pipes and they are all tight and i've got the bov recirculated.

Help me out

also when my car was idleing at 2000 rpms with the maf unplugged it was at 3psi of boost. it wouldn't hold vacuum at all under idle so i'm leaning towards a vacuum leak but i've gone over everything i can think of
