I have a friend that is going to One of those countries that has a bunch of junkyard sr20det s14s and other rare jdms. He said i should make a list of parts (JDM) that i would want and that could all fit in a normal sized suitcase.
I have a brain freeze from hearing such good news, everything is cheaper due to the availability and surplus of JDM cars down there.
My list so far is:
S14 valances
Navan Fogs
Navan wing
Triple s14 guage
Silvia grill
r33 brakes
A digital climate control
a s15 cluster
Thats all I can think of now...he is leaving soon and I wanted to see if anyone had any ideas. Remember all of these things have to be relatively small. Let me know guys.
I am going to be getting these things cheap...and if this works out I will make this a regular thing. I will post the stuff for sale if i have no need thanks

I just flew, and I'm not sure about international flights or what carrier he's going in but iirc theirs a 50 pound limit per luggage. And those brakes aint light. I say this only because you said it has to fit in one bag.

get the OEM turbo timer those are uber rare.
If your having him pick you up the Triple cluster, your going to want to have him pick up the boost sensor (w/e the fuck its called, I'm tired), for it as well. Pointless otherwise.

Thru Military shipping...if youre a tourist in Japan, your shits out of luck...shipping international thru regular shipping will cost more than 5x what you paid for those things from the junkyard.

Exactly I was gonna say the same thing
When I Mailed my Engine from Kadena (in peices) had to be less than 70 lbs and size restrictions
I think i paid about $30ish for around 60lbs
Off base yeahh.... My wife mailed some stuff from off base before she got her ID and shit was expensive like 20lbs for about $40. and they are pretty strict about what you mail.
