How much is the actuator/wastegate And why aren't they included?

the wastegate is inside the the exhaust housing.
and the actuator is being used, that is why it does not come with the turbine.

what all is needed to run this turbo on a s13 SR? and will it run safely with no other supporting mods if it is at stock boost? im very interested. also where exactly does the restrictor go if you run this turbo?

that i know of it should bolt right up. it will be safe to run with out any other supporting mods if at stock boost.
what do you mean by restrictor? oil?

Oil restrictor goes between your turbo line and the turbo.

Good price on what looks to be a great-condition unit. Buyer should take the opportunity to get a HKS adjustable actuator for an extra $100 or so, they're good as gold.

Very interested here....... my T25 is smoking like a mutha...... What failed on the CA exactly, just trying to rule out if there was any way possible any nastyness from the engine made its way into the turbo.

to run on an s13 u need clocking adapters and restrictors and t28 drain tube or you can mod your t25 one
