Hay guys,

You might remember me posting some pics of my last 93 240sx coupe, which was sadly writen off in a blackice rollover accident. [Details&Pics: http://www.zilvia.net/f/showthread.php?s=&threadid=19237&highlight=black+AND+coupe]

We'll I bought a new 89 Coupe a month ago and just got it out of the shop on friday for a little break in Auto-Xing session.

AWESOME TIME!

The car handles like a freaking dream.. Soooo stable and so easy to work with.

I've got a *LOT* of plans for this baby, but nothing is concrete at this time so I'll share those with you later.

it's true, I like to think of myself as having good taste when it comes to mods. Not that it's always been that way, but the more you learn about cars and motorsports, the more your tastes change, usualy for the better.



autoX on a runway.. looks like a lot of fun

heheh it's fun until you're trying to listen to people talking with a freaking airplane taking off or landing above your head!

the surface is actualy REALLY ****ty.. half concrete, half asphalt with a bit of dirt/grass in the center, and weeds on both sides of the track! heheh not the most ideal area.. but it's one of the only places available in my area.

I'm not sure where you're located, but prices/availabilty changes in different cities/countries.

I live in Vancouver, BC, Canada and s13 coupes are very rare out here. Plus the Canadian price market is hard to compare to the US.

But I paid $3800 canadian for it (roughly $2500 US dollars) with 164,000 *KM* (not miles) on it, but the carfax report says 205,000 KM on it. I got it for a REALLY good deal considering the shape its it, being a 89 and everything.. The engine I'm not too worried about as it won't be in there for long.

I basicaly took the insurance money from my 93 coupe which I paid $9050 canadian for 2 years ago, and bought a running, mint s13 coupe shell so I could have the $$$ left over for the engine swap. =)
