FS: 1992 240sx fastback $2300

My friend wants to sell his car. Right now, the car is not operating, and is sitting in my driveway. Starter went out, and my friend just wants the car gone for 2300. Title of the car is clean. Car has little dents here and there, but nothing major. Car has 192,xxx on the odometer.

car is not registered, but does have a texas title
dings and dents here and there, but what do you expect from a 17 year old car
car not running, either starter or alternator problem
needs a paint job, front end not painted
rear wing was removed and filled with body filler from previous owner
driver seat has a small rip
