the cleanest s13 hatchback ever f/s (t.w.)

$4k obo (yes i'm aware that its way high, but this car is unrealistically clean. the only other s13 hatch i've seen that was cleaner is norms)
car is currently in port st lucie, florida, but can be delivered anywhere at additional cost.
this is not a car for someone who wants to make a "drift car" or gut it out and smash it.
this is for someone who wants an extremely clean sports car. maybe even show car.

93 s13 hatchback. se model. (not hicas). full power with sunroof, cruise, a/c

pros
-100% bone stock *(except for aftermarket cd player, but i have the factory tape deck also)*
-extremely clean paint. car was garage kept for the last 10 years. the spoiler has cracked paint and the front bumper has a small mark and the clear is cracked
-5spd
-interior is exceptionally clean, uncracked dash, un-torn seats, even the lettering on the window switches looks new. trunk area is flawless, with privacy cover and sunroof bag! has factory 240sx floormats! like oem nissan, not ebay specials
-cold a/c. like michigan in january cold
-super low mileage for its age. 109k on a 93 car is less than 7k a year!
-clean title in my hand. i'm the 3rd owner.

cons
-interior is brown. not very popular
-minor paint bubbling with surface rust just below drivers side rearview mirror
- the spoiler has cracked paint and the front bumper has a small mark and the clear is cracked
-cruise is currently inop. i think its a blown fuse but i have not investigated at all.
-drivers side window is touchy. sometimes works, sometimes not. (it is for sure the amp. i tested it with one in from my other car and it fixed the problem.)
-hole in carpet on drivers side.
-engine bay needs to be detailed. (i can have it professionally detailed if necessary)
