Hey I was just wondering if any of you are running an ACT 6 puck with a rigid center and heavy duty pressure plate??....I have one in my car and have broken 2 transmission...I was just curious to whether I just have bad luck or other people have had problems with their trannies also....keep in mine that I do daily drive the car on the clutch..it is pretty harsh on the transmission due to being a rigid center.
6-puck seems like overkill if you don't have a significant hp increase.

I had an ACT 6 puck piece of crap tranny breaker in my ford Probe GT, my tranny only lasted 1 freaking day!!!! Never again will I be driving anything with an unsprung disc. You know they had the audacity to say they have never heard of the 6 pucks breaking trannies. WTF?<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='???'> I know so many people who's trannies have broken with that piece of crap disc. Stick to a street disc or a sprung metal one.
