So I bought these lug nuts because they look way better than the stuff I had on the 510, but I just bought extended wheel studs, so these will no longer work. They're M12xP1.25 (Nissan (http://zilvia.net/f/#). For example, they fit my 280zx front struts, 510 rear drums and will fit your S chassis!)
These are the locking style lugs, and come with all 16 lugs, all original packaging, and the locking "key." I mounted these a few days ago for the first time, torqued them down on the car (http://zilvia.net/f/#) ONCE, then removed them today to put on the extended studs. They have maybe 20 miles on them and are in great condition. Slight scratches on mounting surfaces, but nothing major.
