JDM Driver side has Lumbar support like our Driver seat...

US driver's seat only had the lumbar support on Zenki SE models. Base and Koukis do not have it. Other than that, Kouki seats from both markets have different lower side trim and a recline handles than Zenkis. Otherwise they're identical besides the buckle.
Leather was much more rare in Japan too.

I think he means design. I've seen like 2-3 different kinds of leather seats. I think all 3 were usdm though. If design is what you're referring to, i'll take a pic of mine and post it.

OEM there is only one style of leather, period. Dealer installed kits can be had in dozens of styles, pleats and colors. So if the OP is asking about OEM leather, it's answered. It's th exact same. Aftermarket, there's tons of differences.
