Aem tru boost

Hey guys I just installed this gauge/controller in my car today and got all excited.

But when I went to do some pulls I couldn't get it past the 7.5 psi range.

If anyone has any experience with setting up this gauge for the duty cycle %, and the wastegate crack please share some info cause I did a good 20 pulls and couldn't get the boost to rise.

Stock T25 turbo, stock internal wastegate.

The Tru boost works on a numeric number for boost not actual boost so set it to 40 and then see how much it boosts. Slowly crank the number up until you hit the boost you want. Its all in the instructions. Then do the GAIN to have it spool quicker.

yeah i had this on my ka-t and its a pain in the ass to set, basically trial and error. as Pstl_pete said go from the point your at and raise it until your satisfied with the boost. then adjust gain accordingly

I'm pretty sure I installed it right, but I didn't see drastic changes when I changed it a lot.

I'll mess around with it at the track today.
