High idle and backfire

Well we just got the S13 sr running on a d-jetro power fc. When it starts up it idles around 3200 and backfires constantly .. I take it this is not normal for the power fc self learn idle test? Any ideas?

You might wanna check out this site. It helped me alot in understanding the PFC and how to use it. http://zilvia.net/f/tech-talk/226628-powerfc-tuning-setup-guide.html. There is kinda of a lot you have to do to get the idle right. This guide explains all of that.
