If you have lightened flywheel and lightened driveshaft, its normal, as long as it doesn't die out completely. Otherwise, step on your brake while parked and see if your idle plummets, if so then your booster or booster lines are leaking.

Otherwise look for vacuum leak, or boost leak, how is your idle....
