This is a complete shifter, nothing missing, and comes with a stock lower pivot bushing. The shifter feels quite nice, but I have decided that I want a nismo shifter instead.

This was BNIB when I got it it was only installed on a shifter, not in the car.

Question about the shifter. When it sits on the transmission, is there a hole where the plate doesn't cover?

The short shifter plate bolts onto the hole in the stock shifter base. The shifter originally came just as you see it, without a boot.
