OK, thought about the idea, and figured out a way w/o spending any extra $$$, and W/O using 6ft of tubing (can we say boost spike?) Here's all you need. It's more effective if you have your inter-cooler piping tapped at the hot-pipe, to keep tube length as short as possible. Also, the shorter you can keep the hoses the better.

- MBC (mines a Home Depot Special)
- about 2ft of Vacuum Tube
- The Boost Control Solenoid (BCS) (hope you didn't throw it away)
- 2 Tube Tee's
- An On/Off Switch
- Some Wire

Starting from the Hot-pipe,
1. Connect a hose to a tapped nipple
2. Put a "T" at the other end of the hose
3. Run one side of the "T" to the input of the MBC
4. Run the other side to the input of the BCS
5. Connect output of MBC to another "T"
6. Connect output of B

Going to take them tomorrow, it was a PITA to find a way to tap the hotpipe (JBWeld SUX), so I finally did it another way. I'll clean it all up and take pics of it tomorrow.

you need to be more specific with your how to, like for example, what BCS are you using where can you get it, lets see a wiring diagram, there a noobs here who need to be spoon fed.

i think he's referring to the stock boost solenoid. which 99% of SR swapped cars dont have...

Yes, I am referring to the stock Solenoid, maybe I'm lucky, mine came with it.

OK, I have pictures now, it's pretty easy. If you need anymore help just LMK.

OK, you actually have to put put the vacuum hoses on backwards on the solenoid. I don't think it matters how you wire the solenoid up (it's not polarized). I took on end and grounded it to the body, and the other and wired it to the switch. I drilled a hold in the transmission tunnel and ran the wire from the solenoid down below the body and through the tunnel, up past the radio and over the small bar.

cont....
So you have on end of the switch wired to the solenoid. The other side I tapped off from the cigarette lighter power wire. I chose the cigarette lighter because its only hot when the car is on/acc. So you can leave it on and not worry about killing your battery.

Sorry I am limited to Paint (sux) my laptop doesn't have photoshop

And yes, I know the vacuum line is kinked in the post above, I am still working them out...no pun intended

Well, guess I "re-invented" the wheel, because this has been done before, after looking around I found this website, that way you don't have to deal with the MS Paint drawing...lol
