Just got it today, unfortunately there are no detailed instructions.  I'm trying to find a good balance.

Here is my 95 S14 suspension setup:
17" rims
215/45 Z rated Nitto tires (31 psi rear, 29 psi front)
Apexi WS (sport setting)
PDM adustable front strut bar
Took out the rear seat back rest (noticed a slight loss in stiffness in the rear)

Near future:
T/C bushings
possibly a rear camber kit correction

I'm going to try 30 in front and 24 in the rear, which estimates to about 52% and 107% increase stiffness respectively over stock.  I'm anticipating alot of oversteer, but I will work it out from that starting point.

I have yet to install it though.

1.  Which way do you face the golden cup washers that come with the rear kit, cupping the yellow bushing or the concave part facing away from the bushing?

2.  What adjustment setups would you recommend in my case?

Any informative feed back would be great.

Sorry I can't help - but I'd love to hear about how it feels w/ that sway.

Did you get it from Don at PDM?  I know he is often busy, but you may try dropping him an email.  In my limited dealings with him, he was helpful but not wordy.  I think he could answer that one in a bout 10 seconds.

I have the adjustable sways from PDM on my old s13. Right now they are on the middle setting, although if I were to get them installed I would have them on the stiffest setting for the front and rear unless you want oversteer or understeer.

I just put the front one at the stiffest setting (slot on the bar that shortens it). The gloden cup washers I've learned have to "cup" away from the bushings. The slits on the bracket bushings have to also face towards the front end of the car. After I set the car down I tighted the links up to one full turn from touching.

My car didn't come with rear anti-sway bar. I had to buy the rear bar brackets and bolts from a dealer.

I took it for a ride and noticed the difference. Front stays flat. But I feel the rear end rolling and some understeer. When I get the rear brackets I'll give you my feedback on the whole set.

It's a pain in the ass to piece these puzzles together. Wish they came with illustrated instructions!

But I have to say, they're the best bang for your buck.

(Edit: bad instructions on my part)
