Which oil feed/return lines and coolant lines do I need for KA-T?

I tried searching but I cant seem to find which oil feed and return lines and what bung to weld onto my oil pan. Are they the same as new SR lines that some companies sell?

Also which coolant lines do I need?

I know coolant lines are custom. But a write-up of how to custom make them would be nice.
