I dont understand why you say the first??
When i was into 510's in 1996 they were dropping KA's in them.
Im pretty sure there has been a KA-t dime alot sooner than 09??

I know Teddy and the owner of the blue 510. John had his 510 way before little Teddy bear did. 510's rule........btw KA-T's suck. lol
