Hey so I just finished awapping in my SR20DET on my S14. Now im going to be doing my FMIC and a Boost controler.
What I need to know is what guages should I should get to monitor the engine.
I already have a boost guage and am thinking air/fuel would be a good idea? What else?
Suggestions please.
Thanks

afr is good, so is egt so you can kinda monitor if your too lean/hot. oil pressure is always good to have considering the importance of oil in or engines, also you can see if you have a leak somewhere before its too late. then you have to decide how many iu want to run? how hard will you push the motor? you can get oil or water temp too. (id say water myself)

as i've said in every other gauge thread ever
Autometer is used by NASCAR. yes, they drive in a circle, blah blah blah. they are professional racecar drivers backed by huge money. you are some chump with like a couple hundred bucks in the bank.
Autometer is good enough for you
