View Full Version : Difference between mechanical/electrical boost gauges?

I swapped in a SR20DET into my 280z and I am going to be wiring up a greddy electronic boost controller and electronic turbo timer. So I was wondering, can I use a manual boost gauge with an electronic boost controller?

will the boost gauge even come into contact with the boost controller? I dont really know how that stuff works....yet

I am looking at the 52mm prosport tinted glass series.

Yes you can. Just tee it off the vacuum line for the brake booster.
