Ok so i got some shifting issues with my car. I have a 95 240sx that was originally an auto but converted to manual with a 98 kouki tranny. Lately the car has been acting up when i try to shift. Basically the car wont go into gear unless i rev it a little, sometimes i have to wait till the rpms go down so i can rev it up to 2k then the tranny will let me shift into what gear i want it to. Yesterday I kept having to do this with every gear. Sometimes i would have to force it into gear which is why i heard grinding but i had no other choice. This morning i got up and took the car for a spin around the block. It shifted fine at first but i can tell its starting the same crap again. Any ideas? Bad throw out bearing or possible spring broken on the clutch plate?

Did you do a new clutch package or did you use an old one? TO bearing ussually whine if they are bad, but not always.
Sounds to me like the clutch is not working properly. You may have a bad clutch master or slave.

I got the car like this so im assuming at the moment that its the stock pieces.

New update: I was on my way to church this morning and the car worked fine. Furthermore on the way back from church to the store and back home the car continues to work......act of god?

Anyways im not brushing this aside. I guess ill have to raise the car and physically see if the slave is working
