the idiot said that he would reduce it by $50 bucks if it's picked up, so you'd still pay 1050 for shipping for something that wasn't even shipped...that's gotta be unlawful somehow

Hmmm.... email him again, and ask wtf do you have to pay shipping if it's being picked up by u? In other words make him say: "shipping = price of the coilovers". Then, with an evil grin, forward the emails to ebay support and give the link to the auction. Cuz basically what the fucker is doing is avoiding the ebay fees. They'd be more than happy to take the auction down :D

you could actually get his account taken away, its illegal to make someone pay for something they aren't getting, especially since he is trying to screw the bidders and eBay.
