S14 240sx shell

I was given this s14, but i cant keep it.
Does not have key
It's missing allot of the interior. (might not come with dash, a friend wants it)
missing drivers side front caliper, and the tow truck ripped off the front bumper.
DOES NOT HAVE AN ENGINE!

Located in pittsburg, CA.

asking best offer, or will trade for any of the following.
Boost gauge, exhaust temp gauge
sr20 Down pipe
sr20 Clutch
turbo timer
blow off valve
sr20 radiator
sr20 wiring harness
or 5lug wheels
