Well boys...
After all this fuss about diagnostics, thinking what could be wrong... GOOD OL engine shows its signs..
Ive decided to just start over with a new platform.
UP for SALE.
All parts are like brand new, with 50 miles on them.
Kit options :
Kit 1 : 1100
Garrett T04B turbo .69 a/r (400)
Cast Iron Revhard style manifold (250)
Tial 38mm wastegate with 10psi spring (250)
Turbo downpipe / recirculated dump tube, made to fit to an SR downpipe, and clear the under body perfectly. (200)
Oil pan, welded, and ready for the lines (50)
All the oil lines / water lines, connectors, restrictors, needed to bolt this thing up and oil/cool it. (130)
All the silicone elbows off the turbo (50)

Z32 MAF w/ tomei pigtail harness(100)
740cc Nismo injectors in a KA rail with brand new seals(450)
