I had a major problem last night.So i was drivin and all of a sudden my fender just dropped on the tire and my right wheel pretty much had a mind of its own and was turnin in all kinds of directions.When the tow truck came the guy lifted up my car and said that the ball joint popped off.So we took the car home and put the joint back on in place buuut the screw was stipped pretty bad in the middle.Today i got some bolts and one fit fine and i test drove the car and it was fine.The thing is is that my left wheel lines up fine but the right one turns a lil to the right. Could all of this happen because the there was no bolt? cuz i really dont know how it got stripped..and also the tires start to chirp goin around 30mph..i really dont wanna spend too much cuz i got brand new arms from dealership and new rsr bushings..if you guys can help me out thatd be off tha hook..thanks

get an alignment, and ask them to double check everything in the front to make sure nothing else is whack.

the balljoint came out and you put it back in place??
I don't see how that would work.
A balljoint fails you don't reuse it, you press a new one in place

and then you talk about replacing bolts...??
do you mean the TC rod or LCA bolt?

pictures would help.

speaking of alignments. i have 1992 nissan 180sx and im looking for alignment specs. for it, or any info about the specs. And if a 1992 nissan 240sx has the same specs as the jdm 180sx. Or if any one knows a better (camber) spec in regards for drifting. The rear camber of my car is wearing the inside edges of my tires so any help would be great.

Depending on your suspension setup.

Most guys i know like 1.5* Front, and 2.5* rear.
