The things you replaced have NO CORELATION with that code. Its a evap fuel issue. The valve that sits on the intake manifold (green, I believe sitting on intake runner three with threee vacuum hoses going into it) and the black canister looking thing sitting next to the throttle body with three tubes going to it (one coming from where the fuel lines are). Those two things get plugged or malfunction. I'm going to Nissan today (Nissan only part) and picking them up as my car has the same code and trying to get my car smogged by the 5th. I'll take pictures if needed.
Check this site http://www.courtesyparts.com/240sx-parts-s14-1995-1998/genuine-nissan-parts/engine-electrical/223-vacuum-piping/-c-3690_3691_3719_3722.html on the second picture, you need the 'Purge Cut Valve Assem-14931' and 'Valve Assembly-Solenoid-14956VB'. Those are the two you're gonna need unless your canister is coming apart.

ya i see as wat i did really has nothing to do with it ... it was just to say ... and to add i've smogged(refereed) my car prior like a week ago and failed but it was due to my obd2 readiness my o2 sensor monitor,EGR, and catalyst monitor never set ...no check engine lights or codes

i still have no check engine light now but when i plug the scanner in i pulled this code ... thanks a lot ill check it out and if u can take pixs it would be kool =) ...

obd2 readiness does not come as a check engine code, it just means the various sensors checked for emissions are not ready so just drive around a bit and they should become ready unless somethings wrong. that said, pacman already told you what you need to do and if that doesn't work then it could be whatever is left in the EVAP System that might be failing but not likely really
