How to read Nissan's Headlight wiring diagram??

I know how to read wiring diagrams, but the headlight switch is confusing the heck out of me. Can anyone tell me what the A B C columns are for. :wtf

I understand the off 1 and 2 are the position of the switch, but the subcategory of A B C is really giving me problems.

A is high beams
B is low beams
C is the quick high beam where they don't stay on.

Those are the only ABC thing i can see in the graph.
