Need help with paint color!

Hey guys,

I just ordered full Aero for my S13 and I need some help finding the color I'm looking for to paint the car. I want to do a "fire" red, that almost sparkles in the light an orange/yellow.

I am also, however looking at a deep red, like Ueno's Soarer. Anybody got the paint code for that color? Obviously I don't need a pic.

Anybody got any pictures or just the actual paint code of my first color? any help would be appreciated. Thanks guys!!

Anytime you are going to a body shop saying you want a custom color guess is they are gonna charge you up the ass.

You are better off going to a paint distributor and mix something until you get the color you like i did it with my paint.....ended up paying 300 bucks for clear coat and paint for the entire car plus the reducer. For the exact same color I was looking at $2000 just for paint. And also the more stages of paint the more moneys. I just mixed 2 colors of greens with a silver metallic and I got a pearl effect it shifts from light green to dark green to almost a goldy/green all these colors out of a single stage.

So my guess is do a metallic marroon and throw some yellow in there with some gold flakes or orange flakes on top in the clear. Its up to you though sure you can find your color on online paint stores.

oh my god duballstar did it!!! I am actually getting that Ver4 aero kit too! I have been looking at the original picture (S13 was purple) and wanted to try and photoshop it but don't have the program. Your the fuckin Man!!! Exactly the red I was looking for. done deal

mazda has a bright red with a gold pearl, called Velocity red pearl.
