Need Help on removing and installing headlight brackets!

Doing my kouki conversion and need to know how to remove the headlight brackets from both zenki and kouki
and how will i install it back on?
the 2 bottom bolts came out easily, but the top is welded onto the upper core.....

if it was welded, you got problems. they're bolted on from the factory.

They are bolted on the bottom and spot welded on the top from the factory.....

You have to drill out the spot welds, After you can just bolt them on, Or you can reweld them.

Fail. S13s are bolted on. S14s are spot welded.

OP- Drill the welds. Bolt/nut the new ones.

or wouldnt it be easier to just drill a hole in the zenki headlight brackets and bolt/nut that one?

Get a spot weld drill bit. Should leave enough metal to weld the new ones in.

my bad, i was thinking 13, not 14.
