View Full Version : i just got my rps13 carbon fiber center piece

i have a question about the carbon fiber kouki tail light center piece. i just got mine and its like gold and black instead of grey and black.....are they all like this or are there different colors? im kind of disappointed because i was expecting the normal carbon fiber color.

it is supposed to be that gold/bronze color

i think some of them are the traditional carbon fiber gey and black combo.. i'm pretty sure i've seen them?

yeah boro is right, the carbon fibre ones that say "RPS13" are ALL gold and black (gold lettering, black CF)

You mean the plastic ones are printed with a gold/black carbon fiber look.

ruf, plastic painted with the gold/black cf LOOK? is that true? aren't those pieces real cf.

No these pieces are not real carbon fiber. They are just carbon fiber "look" even the factory ones are just carbon fiber "look." Although they are still very sweet the price is just crazy.

I could get that made easy, out of fiberglass, and put real cf over it. but it won't have the rps13 on it. would it sell?

How do you think i would go about printing letters onto the panel? (if it's real cf on top of fiberglass) Paint? Would it be illegal to print RPS13?

Not really. I don't really see a problem with that. I almost made them out of real CF myself. Tough part is getting the holes machined for the back-up lights.

It would have to be OEM quality.

japan zenki/chuuki 180sx had those same taillights! hahahaha...
we get them STOCK in the USA. we just have a 240sx cetnerpanel but the rest is the same.
