Need Some Help

I been looking online for a place where I can get good quality prints on t-shirts and sweeter but everywhere I look they all offer in bulk. I'm just looking for a spot or somewhere I can go to where I can walk in with my design and my sweeter and be like "HERE PRINT THIS ON THIS."

Or what can I used to get a nice clean print on it beside the screen press
