How do I go about fixing the peeling clear coat on my paint?

Well, it looks like there's clear coat peeling off my back bumper all over the top of it, it looks like crap. Does anyone know if this can be repaired without repainting? The paint is still there and all, but the clear stuff on top of it is peeling off... :confused:

yeah, got the same problem here, it was bumped when the previous owner had it, and it spidered that stuff and it just peels off here and there...not really sure what to do with it

ahh crap i was washing my car today and i noticed my clear coat starting to peel. Now everytime i wash my car it peels more and more.

is there anything i can do besides repaint?
