help with sr

my friend changed his fuel filter on car changed fuel lines rerouted wiring harness,and then when he started it it bogs wont rev past 3000 rpms and is running extremely rich. ive already checked maf,ecu,tps,checked for misfire. even with my maf his sr still wont idle right or rev.any suggestions please help.

Sounds like he fucked something up with the MAF wires. Have him check for continuity...
