brand new. (can't say in box since at&t opens it up for you and puts your sim in it and blah blah blah...)

but i don't use it. got my n81 8gb...

added a line onto my plan and got this.

but it is unlocked.

comes with w/e it has in the box that u get it from at&t.
since they opened it i got a screen protector thingy from best buy for it.

Don't know the seller personally, but I do have this phone for myself and absolutely love it. If you couple it with the big memory card, its a badass alternative to the iPhone. GLWS.
