lca bolt

I stripped out my lca bolt trying to get it tight enough after my install of poly bushings. The metal sleeve that goes over the bolt shifts every time i stop and makes a popping noise. So i tried to tighten to keep it from moving and i just stripped it. So were do you suggest to get a new lca bolt and what do you think i should do about the popping. Any body else have this problem and where do you suggest getting a new lca bolt?

No junk yards in the middle of Pennsylvania around me that have a 240, so i guess i'm goin baller status. What about hardware store, grade 8?

It's a stepped bolt, you won't find it anywhere else.
