Need someone to weld me a screamer pipe in socal!

Im looking to get a cx racing elbow (dual divided) made into a screamer

pipe.

it wont clear my steering columnn with my rb so I want the 02 housing

cut, capped off, then weld a extended tube going down a couple inches

short to the downpipe flang.

if you can do it for a cheap amount or at least a decent price, feel free to private message. I need this done asap

its not for my car, its for my customers swap. the elbow he brought me won't clear the steering rack so I found a simpler/cheaper solution.

I have one tho, I love it. Not sure about street use.
