I pulled my booster and BMC to paint the engine bay so I had to pull the brake lines, now i need to bleed the system. Should I bleed them solely at the calipers or do i need to bleed at the master cylinder too?

it's good to bench bleed the brake mc
here's a how-to (http://www.misterfixit.com/brakbld1.htm)

Don't forget that when you bleed at the calipers you start with the one that is furthest from the BMC or ABS module. For us that would be RR, LR, RF, and LF.

Wrong, it's Left Rear, Right Rear, Left Front, and finally Right Front. Same for ABS, but afterwards bleed front side air bleeder on ABS unit and then the rear side air bleeder on ABS unit.

Yup, furthest -> closest is how I've always done it - it's best to bench-bleed the MC first, but my problem with that is that you're carrying a MC that's leaking brake fluid on your (presumably) nice engine bay, and it always fucks up the paint. I'd like to keep my engine bay looking great and spend a little more time bleeding the brakes.
