Shocked Russian surgeons found a fir tree growing inside the lung of a 28-year old man. Surgeons initially thought they were removing a tumor. The tree is about five centimeters in size. The medical staff believes the man somehow inhaled a seed which later sprouted inside his lung. As one doctor said when he saw the tree, 'I thought i was hallucinating."
