Advan Sa3a Help

Iv had a set of 2 piece Advans Sa's for a long time, I want to take them apart and clean them up. What and where do i get the tool for those torque type looking bolts, and than what torque specs do i use to tighten and put them all back together. Thanks.

If they're anything like Work wheel bolts, they're probably a 12 pt. 8mm.

i used a small wrench on the backside, and then a socket on the front

but can someone help me with the factory torque specs to put the bolts back on
