FS: 98 240sx SE Cleanest one you'll ever see!

After days of contemplating, I've decided to let go of my s14. Trust me, it will be very difficult to find one as clean as mine, and with very little tasteful mods. I am planning to attend law school, so my time has become very limited. This car has never been tracked, drifted, or abused. It is an original 1998 Nissan 240sx SE with a CLEAN title, and I have the pink slip in hand for quick and easy transaction. The car has original paint with no fading or oxidation. Every aftermarket part purchased for the vehicle was purchased brand new, and some parts have been installed brand new, without being used! (The cars been sitting in my garage for a couple months now) Here is a breakdown along with pics!!!

DMAX D1 Spec Carbon Fiber Hood (Brand New)

JDM Silvia Grill (Brand New)

Interior:
Dildo Shift knob
Eclipse AVN 5500 Navigation Unit
Defi Link HUD Display (Brand New)
Defi Link Control Unit Ver. II (Brand New)
Broadway Mirror (Brand New)

Suspension:
Tanabe Sustec Pro Seven Coilovers (Brand New)
Cusco Front Strut Tower Bar (Brand New)
Nismo Rear Strut Tower Bar (Brand New) [I also customized and cut the rear shelf to precisely fit the rear tower bar for a clean install]

Cons:
Front right corner light is loose from broken tab
Some small scratches and dings nothing thats too noticeable

Pros:
Replaced rotors with Brembo rotors and new brake pads.
Car will come with 18" 350z wheels with lots of tire life.
The other day I replaced the O2 sensor with brand new Bosch sensors.
Brand new wiper blades.
Brand new OEM knock sensor installed.
A/C Blows COLD!
Great gas mileage!
Engine and chasis is pretty much stock!

Asking Price is 11.5K, I will be willing to remove parts to lower price. If you think the price is too high, thats fine, you are entitled to your opinion, but to justify the price, its because the parts I installed are brand new and haven't been driven on. Not really...technically i'm only asking 8k for just the car. Suspension alone is brand new and lets just say rough estimate of $1850, and the head unit is lets say $800. That puts the car at 10650, not including installation costs, and i'm asking for less. I don't think you will find a kouki in this condition, with the low mileage mine has.

Dude you posted your opinion twice in my thread, and your probably interested because you keep coming back, but without giving me any offers. Additionally, if you do the math and you look at what I previously stated, I'm not asking for the full money back. Also, keep in mind these parts are brand new. I installed them and haven't driven the car yet.
