Calipers are in great condition.
All hardware included.
Pads need to be replaced.
Hard lines have been removed.

how can i adapt that to a 4 lug for now?

Buy some z32 rotors and get them drilled out for 4 lug

Yup done it tons of times, and you only have to drill 3 holes - it's like you get the 4th hole for free!

Note, you'll also need the Z32 Ebrake if you want to keep your ebrake :)
