Roommate wanted

As the title states, I'm looking for someone to move into my place. It's a 3 bed 2.5 bath townhome in Fountain Valley. I'm living there with my buddy (powersteeringless180sx). Rent is $800 with all utilites included (cable, internet, etc.) If anyone is interested or has questions hit me up with a pm.

Lets kick it, I'm at home now ahah.

Since I live in the same town homes with these guys. Parking sucks, unless if you park directly behind the garage, or have somebody save a spot til you get home or whatever. So far (knock on wood), never had a problem with stolen cars or vandalism, so it's fairly safe. Neighbors don't have issues with you working on cars, at least on my side they don't.

We have a pool, but the gate is locked for some reason, dunno why.

In between the 22 and the 405 freeways. Everything you need is close by, food, shopping and what not.

I'm assuming you guys live at the end house of the row. Since my house has 4 bed rooms and it's a two story. (one room is a master with bathroom).

And only mismatched for another month or two, I'm selling the Manarays soon too.

My dad pays less than most people do in our town homes.

If he moves out and allows me to stay in, I'll pay his price. :D

Cheaper for us since we've, well, my dad, has lived in the town home for a long while.

most of that info is about right, except that we're in a 3 bedroom. i haven't actually moved in yet, still got stuff to get but once i do i'll pm you and say what's up.



I know $800 may sound like a lot but that is with all bills included so I don't think it's that bad of a deal. There is a possibility of it going down too, but that's a whole other deal. Anyways, I hope that clears some things up.
