I am trying to test my harness becuase i shorted out the ecu and at pin 45, the Ignition ON circuit, heres what started the whole problem, i didnt have a plastic washer on the Alternator and i guess when i hooked the battery it shorted and blew the FL100a fuse under the hood. i didnt know this so i continued to try and start the car i saw a little bit of smoke and i didnt know what happened, eventually i found the fuse...well my gf found it, but i replaced and and it put a washer on the alternator, doesnt blow the fuse and i sodered the conection i fried in the ecu,
Im nervous to put the ecu back in and i wanted to test the circuits in the harness. i know on the ecu relay there are 2 red wires, a black/white and a red/black. are the two red wires supossed to have continutiy between eachother? and the positions of the wires are as follows.

__TOP where clip is__
-------B/W
R ------------R/b
-------R

Is this right???
and if someone could post a diagram that would be great, THanks for the help
