I'm parting my turbo 240 hatch that I bought a while back and I'm looking to get rid of my full turbo kit. It is a 100% complete JGS setup with manifold, Garrett t3/t04e .60/63 turbo, JGS Precision 38mm WG w/dump tube, 3" FMIC w/piping & JGS Precision BOV, oil line's, downpipe & full 3.75 Apexi Spec exhaust. This is a direct bolt up kit and should just require the hole's to be made for the intercooler piping to fit. The Garrett turbo has absolutely zero shaft-play, no joke it surprised me. This is everything that you need, every t-bolt clamp, and all the couplers as well... This kit made 365hp+ on 20psi.... It had good clearance's around the BMC and firewall.

I just repainted all the intercooler piping and cleaned up the manifold, so this kit is really clean and ready to be installed.... I will ship at buyers expense, and I might be a little flexible on the price!

JGS turbo kit w/FMIC & Exhaust $2000
or
no exhaust just dump pipe $1800

To everyone emailing me about parting this out, I will not part anything out on this setup! This is a 100% complete kit that needs nothing.. If it does not sell then I will just keep it and put it on my coupe....

Have a pic of the dump pipe? mostly wondering what it connects to: sr20 downpipe, cat, straight to exhaust.

Does the wastegate recirc into the dump pipe?

Did you have the mainfold professionally repainted w/ high-temp paint? or is that spray on diy paint/etc?

What engine management did you use? Is that for sale as well?

Okay here are some pics of the dump pipe that I have right now! I will take some new ones tomorrow when I get home of the actual dump/downpipe out of the car. Everything was painted by myself with high temp 1600 degree ceramic paint. The wastegate does not recirc, but it runs almost right into the dump pipe, so if you wanted it to recirc then it would be really easy to make that happen. As for the dump pipe, it is a one piece dump and downpipe that is connected straight to the exhaust. We cut the down pipe where the cat would be, so if you wanted to weld a flange on to bolt it up to stock exhaust you could do so. The dump pipe and downpipe is a perfect match for the Apexi exhaust that I have, so if you wanted the easiest route, then I would recommend buying the exhaust I have as well. As for the engine management, we were running AEM EMS. I already sold the AEM EMS though...
If you have anymore questions, then just let me know... Like I said I will take some new pics of the dump pipe and downpipe tomorrow.
Make an offer, I might just say yes!!:D

There was no boost creep at all, and I'm pretty sure it is a 7lb spring.
I drove the car at 10lbs, and very rarely did I turn it up to 20lbs. I never seen it creep, it straight stuck at whatever I had the boost controller set at. I think I'm pretty lucky that my wife, doesn't know what all these parts mean, so when I tell her I bought something new, she is just like oh cool....lol It's all the cars I buy that gets her going... If you need anymore info, just let me know... The quickest way for me to respond is via email at [email protected]
