So guys I know the s13's have a problem with rear squat which destroys handling in a grip situtation, do the s14's have this problem? What sway bar setups are you s14 guys running for grip, time attack or autocrosss setups?

The s-14's have better rear geometry, not so skittish. I would start with stock and go from there. If you REALLY need to buy swaybars get the progress ones, they're awesome. I'll probably get them eventually.

I'm running a 28mm in the back. It oversteers in the rain but I haven't got to drive it in the dry yet. I'll know tomorrow. Even in the rain it wasn't uncontrollable though, I actually kinda liked it.

My car was significantly faster (on a road course) with a stock rear bar, instead of the Whiteline bar I had been running.
With most coilovers, you have enough roll resistance (stiffness) in the rear...so stick with the stock bar. I think an aftermarket front bar is still a worthwhile investment.

If you've got a 28mm rear swaybar and you are not oversteering, you are not driving fast enough. That is a HUGE bar for the rear.

If you have a base with no bar you definitely want at least a used SE bar. Helps tie the two wheels together. With no sway it feels vague like the rear wheels are in their own world's. You don't want to go too big without upgrading the front bar or you will start under steering.
I have a 30mm in the front and a 22mm in the rear. I had a larger rear but it felt like it wanted to plow with the bigger one.
I also find the rear end is to high on the rear stock. I lowered mine about an inch more then the front to level it with the front.
