i got that in my email today... i have a 24" with the same max res, it'd be nice if it was a bit higher, then i'd consider it... as is i think i'm just going to get another one of these 24's

i only have a computer in my room, plan to get a tv tuner card for it.. so a bigger lcd would be sweet someday.. was planing though to build a projection screen tho lol

30" is awesome!
pricing, well, not so awesome given they're at the 1k range.
you could get two 27" monitors for considerably less than a 30".
I'm praying they'll drop to $500-ish within a year or two.
but then we'll probably be lusting for a 35" or whatever is the next best unafforadable thing.

right now I think 24's are the best deal.
got a 24" acer recently at work for $250-ish via office depot sale.
too bad i can't take it home to play games.

Yeah I think I am going to settle on this 25" for now.
Should be good for interweb surfing and watching vids, etc

Hope the price drops on 30" that would be awesome!
