My sr20 started up 2 days ago right away after sitting for awhile, the idle surged so i shut it off and played around with it. (really nothing just looked for vacuum leaks, but im going to clean the IACV) The next day i went to start it up and got nothing. I can hear the fuel pump, I pulled the cover on the ECU and everything looked fine. I get power to all accessories. The engine does not even crank. So how do i check the Ignitor, where and how would i check the ECU relay??

charge your battery and check your grounds.
you probably have a parasitic draw somewhere thus your battery lost a great deal of power and although it can power stuff up, starter can't draw enough amperage.
time to whip out your handy dandy volt meter.
check all of your lower harness connections.

update: i pulled out the #1 coil pack along with spark plug, tried turning the key and i got no spark....
I just put in a new battery, i checked all connections everything seems to be fine. I read about some clutch interlock relay, do SR have this?? The starter wont even click

The plugs are not going to spark if the engine is not cranking.
Neither are the injectors going to fire.
Check you battery voltage. If it is higher than 12, you have another problem, less than 12 and it needs to be charged.
Yes, clutch interlock relay "COULD" be the culprit.
If you want to see if the key, relay, wiring could be culprit, hot wire the large 12v nut to the spade on the starter, that will force the starter to crank.
Or, the push on connector that goes to the spade could have come loose. Used to happen all the time on 2 of my sr cars until i changed the lower harness connector to the sr instead of the ka.

Hey update: i got it running, problem was a small little grey connector on the starter keeps fallin off.
Now another problem my exhaust leak was so bad from the turbo to the DP, cuz one of the exhaust turbo studs broke off. So im working on pulling the mani and turbo out.
