i need to know to see if a gauge im thinking about buying will work. but it needs to be a narrow band oxygen sensor. does an 89 s13 have one.

pretty sure.
btw. dont get it, i got one for "free" bought a set of autometers all electric for like 100 and the guy threw in his narrowband sensor. I hooked it up just to see what was the deal with it, and it does nothing but show what the ecu is seeing. pretty much pointless.

Yeah pretty much, if you wanna know what your air fuel ratios really are the only real way to know is get a wideband.

Dont waste your money on it. If its a gauge that uses the stock narrow band sensor, you might as well just go buy some christmas tree lights and hook them up inside your car. Thats about what a narrow band gauge is worth. You're better off buying a volt meter gauge, atleast itll tell you something worth looking at.
Plain and simple, you cant tune with a narrow band sensor.
