The 2010 Hyundai Equus will be the most advanced and expensive Hyundai ever and will feature the new 4.6 liter TAU V8 and a new 5.0-liter V8 making a tad over 420 horsepower while riding on a lengthened version of the Genesis sedan chassis.

the Genesis is really nice, i like it a lot. and i'm sure this one has the same things that make the genesis great. but then they slap all that chrome on there and it looks very much like it came from Korea. gotta fix that.

Gotta say i'm not a fan of the styling; maybe in a different color, like a dark metallic graphite-ish grey or something. And what's up with the chrome trim at the bottom of the doors? that ish will be dirty all the time...

Yeah that's my only gripe.

I think red or white with the chrome pieces painted satin black on some baller mania wheels could have the potential to look amazing.

Thats what I fucking hate about Hyundai, especially with the Genesis sedan. They copy cars that are on the market now, so by the time the Hyundai car hits the showroom floor it looks like a used European car.

Are those wheels fucking 16 inches? They look awful. Looks like they stole the exact interface for the navigation from Lincoln too.

My only real gripe is the grill. Shits ugly. Get rid of most of that chrome and it wouldn't look half bad.

There is no such thing as too much chrome.

And I would rather have a car that comes with 15" wheels stock. That way you only need 18's or 19's to make it look proper. Most new cars require at least 24's, and of course almost no one will be willing to run those sizes due to tire costs.

good looking design, but they took the wrong design step with those stock wheels... They made the wheel wells too small imo, where as rival cars look like they could fit 20s easily, this thing looks like it was designed for 17s

Its the size of an S Class and Ls460L. Every luxury item you can think of is in it, including the reclining message chair in the rear seats.

I'm kinda wondering why Hyundai/Kia didn't launch a third brand to sell this car (and the Genesis Sedan). It would be hard to sell a Hyundai for $75K. We all saw what happened with VW tired to sell the Phaeton.

I love this car, it's alot better in person. Factory adjustable air ride is sick too, . Originaly there were Only supposed to be 500 hundred produced, it's looking more like 2k. Reminds me of a toyota crown.

Hyundai missed the boat with not launching a seperate brand. They should have poped this.. the coupe.. the sedan.. and dressed up a santafe in some interior like this and made luxo hyundai.
