Odd electrical problem...

So my radio and wipers stopped working as well as the lights on the heater/AC control. But they work if the car is off...

If the key is turned to the "on" position with the car not running, everything is good to go. Once I start the car, the radio shuts off and my wipers stop working :wtf:

All fuses are ok and I dont know what could cause this. Any help would be awesome.
